Amongst the premium butcher cuts in the Black Bull Butchery Charcuterie, you'll find ready-to-go and vacuum-sealed, mouth-watering fresh gourmet meat and poultry packages with home-made marinades and fillings, such as chicken with lemon chemoula and sweet coriander, pork with asparagus and parmesan, maroccan lamb and porcini oil lamb rumps, lamb loins filled with sun-dried tomatoes, prosciutto and shallots, or a selection of quality beef steaks marinated in truffle oil.
