BUTCHERS RUB Spice Seasoning: Beef & Veal

A blend of seasoning developed especially to complement the flavour of beef.

Directions: Apply generously to moistened surface of steaks, roasts and barbequed meats. Also use to enhance the flavour of stews.

Sweet Paprika, Salt, Garlic, Onion, Amchur, Mustard Powder, Ginger, Smoked Paprika, Sugar, Nigella Seeds, Red & Green Bell Peppers & Spices

A blend of seasoning developed especially to complement the flavour of lamb.

Directions: Apply generously to moistened surface of beef roasts and broiled/barbequed steaks. Also use to enhance the flavour of stews.

TURKEY THYME Herb Seasoning: Game Bird

For Quail • Spatchcock • Phesant • Squab • Rabbit • Goose

To enhance the flavour of all poultry and game birds, apply Turkey Thyme directly onto surface. For best results mix half cup of butter or oil with 25 grams of Turkey Thyme. Pour mixture over bird and rub under skin where possible

For Chicken • Turkey • Duck • Rabbit • Crocodile

To enhance the flavour of all poultry apply Turkey Thyme directly onto surface. For best results with 5-7kg bird, mix half cup of butter or oil with 25 grams of Turkey Thyme. Pour mixture over bird and rub under skin where possible

BUTCHER’S BROWN Gravy Mix: Chicken Brown

For Chicken • Game Bird

Directions: Dissolve one part gravy to ten parts cold water. Bring to boil. Simmer 2-3 minutes

Potato flour, Modified potato starch, Yeast extract, Marine salt, Natural vegetable flavours, Vegetable protein extract,
Dehydrated vegetables (onion), Caramel colour, Chilli powder.

BUSH COLLECTION : Bush Dust Seasoning (30 grams)

For Seafood • White • Red meat

Bush Dust is initially sweet and salty. Put it on surf ace and bake. Blacken the spice mix under the grill. This lessens the herb notes but brings out the peppery zing and smokey spice flavors.
